Impact Speed Zone believes that Elite Level Performance is built by consistency and simplicity.
Our Coaches and Trainers combine the Science and the Art of personal training for each athlete as an overall goal to improve performance. Our coaches will help athletes in their stability, sports performance and overall strength and wellness. In turn will help to amplify performance and reduce risk for potential injury.
Athletes go through a progression of stretching, warm-ups, strength training, agility & movement instruction as well as cardio intertwined into each work-out.
Any level of athlete is welcome to begin training at anytime.
The coaches and trainers will motivate to bring the best out of each F.A.S.T member!
F.A.S.T Program is an 8 week commitment with athletes scheduling up to 1-3 times per week.
Ages 10-18: After the initial evaluation, the athletes will execute a personalized training program within a group setting.
A customized athlete training program will be provided.
The program is similar to what they would get in a 1 on 1 personal training program, but for a fraction of the cost.
As athletes progress through the workouts each become more customized to their individual needs.
