WOD (Workout of the Day)

Circuit training style full-body workout

Trainer-supported a.m. sessions

45 minutes in length.

This fun "get your day started right" workout focuses on functional training. Designed not only to prevent injuries and allow you do more everyday activities with ease but it will also burn calories, build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance while raising your metobolic rate.
At the start of the session, the trainer will demo the exercises and answer any questions, then proceed to your station and get to it!
 
TRX FUSION:
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. We will perform TRX exercises while mixing in some cardio to keep that heart rate up. This is a full body workout with a cardio component.

 

All fitness levels are welcome!
