TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We will perform TRX exercises while mixing in some cardio to keep that heart rate up. This is a full body workout with a cardio component.

Have you lost touch with your fitness? Whether you have lost touch or coming back from an injury or maybe you are just starting your fitness journey this class is for you! Certified personal trainers will use resistance and get the heart rate up using low impact exercises and modifications when necessary. Work at a level that you're comfortable with.

This workout will keep your interest - you never know what you’re going to get. Each suit has a different exercise assigned to it. You shuffle the deck, pick a card and get at it until all 52 cards have been flipped.

Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that's just four minutes long. In tabata, you cycle through eight rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. All-out effort spikes your heart rate and burns major calories in just a short amount of time. The class will consist of a warm-up, 4-5 tabata sets and a cool-down and stretch. Caution: this class is fun and addictive!

SGPT gives you an opportunity to get more personal training than a group class, but still have the fun and motivation of training with others. If you would like, your certified personal trainer will keep a client profile for you with goals and progress notes.
