LOOKING FOR SPORTS SPECIFIC AND TEAM BASED TRAINING?
Here at the Speed Zone, we are happy to accommodate team training for all sports. What this can look like is stationed based exercises that will benefit the athletes in their sport!
What this may include:
Agility and Plyometric Training
Training exercises done on our turf field
Exercises to improve stamina and endurance
Weight Lift Training
Provided specific exercises tailored to the sport to develop strength
Area can be provided for team meetings or one-on-one sessions with athletes
Used for ice hockey conditioning and training
If you are interested please send us an email with your team's information, what sport it is for, number of players, age range, areas of interest with the training, when you would like to come in, etc. and we will work on accommodating you.
Please know that the pricing and duration for these types of sessions will vary based on the number of players and what you would like to do with your time here. Session dates will need to be made in advance in order to work around the gym's schedule.
